Vocabulary

Names, companies, products and jargon that come up in your recordings. Deepgram listens for these, and the cleanup pass spells them your way. Up to 100 terms, one per line or comma-separated.

Your prompts

Saved requests that show up as buttons above the chat. Use them for anything you ask often.

Document types and looks

These now live under : kinds of documents, your brand look, your writing voice and facts about your business.

Leave these empty to keep the password you have.

Accounts

Each account has its own recordings, vocabulary, prompts and templates. Admins can add and remove accounts and see the Issues page.

Backups

A copy of the library, recordings included, kept in cloud storage away from this server.

Skills

What the assistant knows how to do for you. Ask for any of them by name or by what you need in the chat, for example "a professional summary", and it follows the matching skill. Built-in skills can be copied and changed.

Opening Tables

Upload banner

Used by the banner and cover-page openings. A wide image works best (about 3:1). Generating takes up to a minute and uses OpenAI's image model.

Upload logo PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB. Save the skill first.

Header and footer can use {company}, {title} and {date}. PDFs use the nearest standard font; Word files keep the exact one.
